Terry performed in the position of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, he was instrumental in implementing a budget and forecasting process which drove financial accountability down to the lowest levels of the organization. He led Keystone through this process for three successful fiscal years. Most importantly, he led the company though a conversion from Excel to COGNOS Planning. Terry excelled at this role that exposed him to all levels of our organizations. Throughout this process, I found him to have excellent presentation, organization and leadership skills.
