Implemented  IBM® Planning Analytics v10.2.2 

 • Gathered requirements, designed and planned IBM Cognos TM1 v10.2.2 implementation to replace current MS Excel based environment for Revenue Planning.
• Built a Revenue Planning model to replace and enhance the current Top 10 budgeting and forecasting process were both done in Excel. The new model allows 2000+ users in 200+ offices to budget by top 80% of customers.
• TM1 Web Sheets used for entry by users.
• Working with NAST division (North American Surface Transportation)
• Phase 2 - made further enhancement to the system and operated a second budget cycle with 2000 users in TM1 Web

Worked as part of Global Team to support various finance groups using TM1 in multiple Roche offices. Duties including adjusting cubes, dimensions and perspective reports. Building new dimension, cubes, TI processes based on new requirements.

Implemented  IBM® Cognos Enterprise Planning v10.1 

Worked as part of Global Team to implement a Financial Planning and Accrual solution for clinical trial cost planning and accounting. Primary responsibility was to design and develop the financial accrual application in Cognos EP 10.1 using best practice approach. The application was successfully implemented, on time and worldwide across the Product Development organization.

The clinical trial accrual application was built using two analyst libraries and three contributor applications. This included importation of invoices from SAP into Cognos Contributor to match to contracts for Net Accrual calculations. The Accrual application was integrated with the Financial Planning application built simultaneously by team members in Europe. This integration occurred through the use of Admin Links and Macros.
